The sour kick hits you right away and then the strawberry sweetness settles in perfectly. I've already eaten half the bag in one sitting, they're dangerously good. The balance between tart and fruity is exactly what I was hoping for.

The sour strawberry flavor is decent and the strips have a nice chewy texture, but the punch of sour wears off pretty fast after the first couple bites. I was hoping for a bit more of that lingering tartness given the "bold" claim. It's a fine snack, just not the intense experience I expected.
